Alcatel Reflexes Phone Series
The Alcatel Reflexes™ desktop phones offer the following additional features designed to enhance your business communications:
Display and keys
The Alcatel Reflexes™ range of digital phones have one or two line display panels available. On two line phones, the first line gives information about calls in progress. The second line offers contextual services in all phases of communication. So you can choose the service you need at a glance using a one-touch function on the Softkey below the display. A contrast adjustment feature also ensures good visibility regardless of the lighting conditions.
Audio control key
Audio control functions (loudspeaker volume control or hands-free audio control, mute, etc) are separated from the system’s function keys to facilitate easy and clear audio control for the user. Managing LCD communication icons Programmable system or user keys are available on the Alcatel Reflexes™. Labelling can be standardised at a corporate level and/or defined by the user. Determining the status of a call is simple with the help
of easy to understand icons that replace the complex combination of LED cadences. Reading the label associated with each key is simple because the key top is equipped with a built-in lens that magnifies the key label. This key top is a patented Alcatel feature.
Navigator
The Alcatel ReflexesTM phone navigator feature improves the use of the display by allowing you to scroll up and down as well as left and right. The navigator, along with the context sensitive Softkeys, provides access to the Alcatel systems’ many features.
All the features (display, softkeys and navigator) are accessible using the Alcatel ReflexesTM unique “One Touch” interface.
Soft grip
The Alcatel Premium and Advanced Reflexes™ are equipped with comfortable handsets
incorporating the latest ergonomic design. This newly developed soft-grip material is
pleasant to hold and the handset includes a built-in hearing aid for the hard of hearing.
Alphabetic keyboard The Alcatel Premium and Advanced Reflexes™ are equipped with an alphabetic keyboard. This device allows access to the “call by name” company directory
and to “text mini-messaging” services. The Alcatel OmniPCX solutions are turbo-charged
communication servers that pack a lot of power. So it’s vital your telephone sets provide
the simplest access to tap into all that power. That’s exactly what our Reflexes terminals provide.
